Located in the greater Detroit area, XMCO is strategically located to execute programs tailored to the varied requirements of the defense or commercial materiel acquisition process.

Our capabilities and excellent reputation are founded on a multi-disciplined reservoir of skilled and experienced professional personnel dedicated to quality logistics management information data products and customer service. We believe the success of any project is contingent upon the technical qualifications of assigned personnel and a sound plan for management and control, developed within the overall context of client objectives. XMCO also maintains a wide variety of software tools so deliverables can be prepared and delivered in the style, format, and software program of the customer’s choice.

I am proud and pleased to announce that XMCO INC has been recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of Michigan’s healthiest companies!

XMCO INC. started its wellness effort about 2½ years ago with Sharon Alred, our Human Resource Manager as the driving force behind the project. What started out as some walking programs and lunch-and-learns has turned into a really comprehensive program - roughly 75 percent to 80 percent of the 86 employees participate in some part of the health and wellness program; 25 percent participate in exercise classes alone. Our efforts are paying off in the form of employees who have lost weight, quit smoking and lowered their risk for disease.

We’ve found that employees who engage in our program are doing it because they genuinely want to make changes in their own lifestyle. If we're all healthy, then the entire company is just going to be able to function better.
