XMCO is an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) that, for the past 30 years, has provided a wide range of government and commercial clients, professional services in system supportability, technical documentation development, training course material development, provisioning support, program management support, proposal preparation assistance, and strategic planning support. Located in the greater Detroit area, XMCO is strategically located to execute programs tailored to the varied requirements of the defense or commercial materiel acquisition process.

Our capabilities and excellent reputation are founded on a multi-disciplined reservoir of skilled and experienced professional personnel dedicated to quality logistics management information data products and customer service. We believe the success of any project is contingent upon the technical qualifications of assigned personnel and a sound plan for management and control, developed within the overall context of client objectives. XMCO also maintains a wide variety of software tools so deliverables can be prepared and delivered in the style, format, and software program of the customer’s choice.

XMCO INC. has developed and maintained an impressive client base consisting of military departments, Fortune 500 companies, international companies, and medium and small businesses. Repeat business on behalf of many of XMCO’s clients attest to the fact that we provide on time, quality products, developed within budget and schedule requirements. Most clients view XMCO as an extension to their own organizations, thereby facilitating coordination, communication and program success.

XMCO has been directly involved in the DoD systems acquisition business and the engineering, ILS, MANPRINT, RAM, analysis, and program management processes through support contracts to the government and industrial clients since the company's formation in1979. This experience includes support at all levels of DoD not only through contracts, but also through related government service experience by its personnel. XMCO also is teamed with several foreign firms who are developing hardware in support of DoD programs. Additionally, XMCO supports commercial clients in the development of support products.

The XMCO project team has established an excellent track record in the development and production of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) products. The team has produced a variety of ILS products for a wide range of military equipment. XMCO’s ILS specialists have gained years of experience in designing and developing logistic support products for systems ranging from light and heavy-duty trucks to main battle tanks to ground support equipment to computer surveillance equipment. The products developed for these systems were tailored to accommodate the specific maintenance levels/philosophies and content and format requirements unique to each program. The following paragraphs describe selected XMCO contracts.

XMCO possesses extensive experience in the development and production of both commercial and military manuals. More specifically, the XMCO team brings to the table real time experience with ongoing commercial and Department of the Army and U.S. Marine Corps technical manual efforts. As of this date, the team is actively developing and/or updating technical publications for a variety of commercial and military equipment.
